Windows Vista®
For a smooth user experience we recommend installation on a system with the following Vista® experience ratings:

  • 3.0 or greater for operation with the Aero interface
  • 2.0 - 3.0 we only recommend operation with Aero interface disabled
  • Less than 2.0 we do not recommend installation - you may do so but please bear in mind that, as with other applications, the typical program operation will be lower and less responsive

Terminal Server:
Panavista has been tested on Windows Terminal Server 2003 with Service Pack 1.

Recommended screen resolution is at least 1024 x 768 with colour quality set at no less than Medium (16 bit) but preferrably High (32 bit).

However we recommend that you contact us prior to installing.

Mac Users:
Contact us via the Request Information page for further information on making the software work on a Mac.

Firewall Configuration:
If your practice is using a firewall please get your Firewall Administrator to open ports 5967 and 5968 for connection to xraysonline.qdi.com.au.
