FAQ's

Q. Why don't I see all Patient's images?

A. Not all our sites are able to supply Digital images online at this stage. The sites we currently have that are able to do all images are St Andrew's, Brisbane Private and Northwest Hospitals. The non hospital sites are Albany Creek, Burpengary, Bribie Island, Goodna, Inala, Keperra, Kippa-ring Village, Newmarket, Noosaville and the T & G Building in the Queen Street Mall. Holy Spirit Northside and Noosa Hospitals are suppling some types of images and as we bring our other sites online to send Digital images, we will update this page.

Q. An MR image appears blurry, pixalated or low quality?

A. There are usually 2 series in the study that are taken as Localiser and Calibration scans. The series are usually the 1st and 2nd in the study, but can be other series numbers as well. The images will look blurry, out of focus or pixalated. The heading above the image will contain LOC, LOCALISER, Cal or Calibration Scan, refer to the 2 images below. All the other series in the study will be standard High Quality MR images.
